We are currently looking for a Principal Full Stack Developer to join our team in Germany. In this senior role, you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to design, build, and deliver custom development solutions with a strong focus on C#, .NET, and modern web technologies. Your leadership and technical expertise will shape critical projects and mentor others on best practices.

As a Software Engineer in the Cloud Engineering organization, you’ll work on teams critical to the foundation and delivery of the platform. You'll collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams to build robust infrastructure and tools that enable high-velocity, high-confidence software delivery. You’ll also contribute to critical architectural decisions and champion reliability, efficiency, and simplicity in every layer of the stack.

Plays a key role in securing the technical win and maximizing ACV with prospective enterprise customers. This role is responsible for qualifying customer use cases, demonstrating how Matillion’s solutions solve their challenges, managing software trials, and driving business value through the platform. Looking for backend engineers with strong experience in Python and Django frameworks. Assigned to one of product teams and helping your team of 5-6 people build new product features! Backend Python/Django candidates must have strong experience with Python and Django Rest Framework, experience writing test cases and TDD and knowledge of Scrum.
